Our team is passionate about bringing you the best quality organic groceries and products. We aim to be THE one location where you can find all of your grocery and household needs to live an organic life.
Our shop stocks a large range of organic fresh produce, dairy, meat, eggs, bread, plant-based alternatives, gluten-free products, pantry goods and household items.
We love to support local! We source local organic products whenever we can, including Fosterton Farm sourdough, Wollombi honey and Tilligerry Farm eggs.
After something in particular? Ask us to order it in for you! We are happy to fulfil special requests wherever possible, we will always go above and beyond to keep you happy and nourished.

After perusing our organic grocer, stay and enjoy our eclectic arty café space which spills out into our newly paved courtyard. In a rush? Call us to order take away, all packaged in our biodegradable cups and containers.
Our Chef and talented kitchen team prepare fresh and seasonal organic food everyday for eating in and taking away. Our mission is good for you food with flavour.
We have a deli cabinet which is stocked with sweet and savoury goodies each day as well as an all day menu. Enjoy a Jasper's Organic Coffee with organic dairy milk or your pick of plant-based milk, or sip on one of our fruity frappes made with organic fruit from our grocer.
We aim to have options for as many dietary needs as we can think of! So, whether you're vegan, vegetarian, raw, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut or egg-free, we'll have something incredibly delicious for you.
A Little About Us
We're Anna and Andy Ward, and Goodness Me Organics was our dream...an organic grocer and café all under one roof in a central Newcastle location.
We started eating an organic additive free diet to improve our health and often felt frustrated that we could eat organic food at home, but not when we went out.
Over the years we have sourced our household groceries from several wonderful organic suppliers, but seeing this gap in the Newcastle market we began planning an organic grocer and café.
We are so grateful that we have been able to celebrate 7 years of Goodness at Goodness Me Organics this year! Together with our amazing team, we hope to continue providing our loyal customers with the best organic products we can source.
